- We guarantee the Client a 3-month guarantee period, meaning that if the selected Candidate proves to be unsuitable for the Client for any reason during the trial period or decides to leave the company, we undertake to find another suitable Candidate for the Client once, without charging any fee;

- NO ADVANCE PAYMENT. (Exceptions apply to specific selections (rare position, deadline, location).
